Modify Briefing Schedule on the Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint or Strike

Plaintiffs Complaint in Part (the Motion) filed by defendants Axanar

Productions, Inc. and Alec Peters (collectively, Defendants), and good cause

appearing therefore, rules as follows:
