Margaret Rees’ journey into the world of painting started about 10 years ago, at the time she retired from a varied full time working life. Margaret dabbled in many industries, from working as a legal secretary, to then becoming the owner of a successful soft-furnishing and decorating business, Springcrest Curtains. This was a franchise that gave Margaret and her husband the opportunity to travel different parts of the US every year, to broaden their business and experience a different world. It also gave Margaret vast experience blending and matching colours in all types of fabrics
