The woman has a very soothing voice and the bits of music were relaxing. That said, the actual "script" carried on a bit too much about how wonderful the experience would be. I didn't find it that great, personally. Occasionally a word choice would pull me out of my relaxed state because it seemed out of place. The very best/worst part of this was when the meditation guide asked me to imagine that I am "a hessian sack of sand." I actually laughed out loud! Laughter may be a way to relieve stress, but the absurdity of this image made it hard for me to get back into things.
