      Why is it a 3 hour audiobook? Is it abridged? If so, why is it not mentioned and is it a mistake or deliberate attempt to mislead?

      The whole thing came out of an anonymous letter within Merrill Lynch. It is impressive that the SEC ran with the story to the end, but very scary that they needed the tip to get things started. Also the sentences were laughably short for the amount of money involved.
