      I enjoyed all the books in this series, and grew attached to the characters. My only criticism is of the narrator. Her reading was so flat that it was distracting and made listening a chore rather than a pleasure. It was like listening to a third grader reading to her class.

      I was definitely disappointed in this ending to the Gallaghers of Ardmore series. The first two books far outshined this finale. And as it's the finale, that makes it even more disappointing. Part of my issue was that Darcy and Trevor are really just quite despicable people - so I guess they do deserve each other in that way. But they were so frustrating and even up to the very end they were not redeemed. I also found the storyline that Trevor wants to sign Darcy as a singer with his Celtic Records difficult to believe. It just never seemed to fit with everything else going on with the series. Overall a definite disappointment.

      All of Nora Roberts books touch my heart, she has such a way with the pen and her books that were based in Ireland really touch my heart. She is such a talented writer and I look forward to reading and listening to her books for many years.
