      Excellent book, well said and well done.
      I enjoyed the historical and political references and the personal history and philosophy. I felt as though the author was talking with me and not at me. His polemic was reasoned and based on his upbringing, education and experience as well as historical fact and practical thought. Thank you and keep up the good fight.
