- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Excellent overview of public speaking and how it applies to all areas of life. If people find you pleasant and agreeable, they'll feel like they know, like and trust you. They will buy your products or services and refer you to their friends. What's not to like about that, right?

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Very little new and is too basic. Expressed a few points on voice, breathing, facial expressions and body language very well. Does not live up to the title or what was advertised.
