This book was a nice quick read full of helpful substance for any of who struggle with perfectionist tendencies. I was able to identify areas I have addressed adequately as well as areas in need of serious improvement. Trying to chip away at these exhausting tendencies can be overwhelming. Alice provides several strategies one can implement to help people make improvements. Most of all she guides us to change our mind states and ask “who are we trying to impress? .... and why? Great read!

    Thank you Alice!

a 2 hour audio book worth listening to.
but honestly, i did skip some chapters because i cannot relate or not interesting to me like the parenting and things related to married couple, but i did enjoy listening to most parts related to being perfectionist at work and how to divert your thinking of everything needing to be perfect.

    This is informative and educational.
