      Oddly enough, I entered a friendship two days after beginning listening to the audiobook. The friendship ended after two dates in one weekend. As I continued listening , I discovered why I felt such an intense loss. The relationship opened a deeply suppressed emotion. Thank you for writing this book. I’m healing. Not from the loss of my 5 day “affair”... but from many deeply buried pain...

      Another interesting book on "soul work" by Thomas Moore. Overall I enjoyed the book. At times I felt he had a tendency to ramble. Perhaps this was more my problem than his. I'm not convinced that "soul work" is so complex and so time consuming.
