Once again, the plot is virtually identical to the previous books in the series. Like the couples in the 2nd and 3rd installments, Gabriella and Ian come from different worlds. The only difference is that their one-night stand ends in pregnancy.
There is nothing original in this story and the conflicts are mundane an predictable. The whole ?would we be together if there wasn?t a baby? premise has been done before and the reactions of Gabby?s parents are contrived. Ian and Gabby are a cute couple and their scenes together are steamy but that is not really sufficient to hold a book together.
In sum, I think I?m done with this series.
