      Powerful story bringing Scripture to life. My heart was stirred in so many ways and the Lord spoke to me through the quoted Scripture and the ways the characters interacted with it through the story. Thank you Lynn Austin for bringing the Bible history to life.

      This series is as good as the chronicles of the kings series. Trust me. Lynn Austin is phenomenal. They really should do a TV series on these like "The Chosen".

      Gave us insight into the struggles the Israelite exiles faced in returning to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple, including their dealings with the Samaritans who inhabited their land and had introduced pagan ideas into their worship of God.
