      A great ending to a great series. I loved every one of the books in this series. Lots of action, romance, love and most importantly loyalty and friendship.....all the ingredients needed for a successful series.

      Books are great in this series but this audio is horrible! The audio has so many hiccups throughout the whole thing. Very annoying, distracting and unfortunate!

      This was fantastic! I am so happy right now. The Hard Ink series is a favorite of mine and I honestly didn't think it could get any better... but it did! Loved this so much!

      Nick and Becca are so wonderful. They are such a passionate, loving, carrying couple. This was such a fun read. Sexy and playful! I loved catching up with them. Nick is so sweet, his proposal had me all teary-eyed. I love how strong Becca is, even when there is a crisis. Laura Kaye writes a great, kick-ass heroine! There is a nice amount of heat, a great story, some drama, and a bit of emotion. This had it all! I loved the element of suspense that was weaved in keeping me on my toes.

      Loved seeing all the other couples from previous stories as well. There's a nice recap mentioning each so if you haven't read the other stories you won't be lost. I love how they all have come together and formed their own family of sorts, it's a wonderful thing.

      There were so many heartfelt moments with the men and women, it just made me happy. I was smiling from ear to ear. That last chapter was so awesome! Loved knowing what was coming up next. Adored it! I might have clapped... And cried! Perfect beginning, middle, and end. Wonderful story! If you are a fan of the series you are going to love this!

      After all of the difficulties the men and women of Hard Ink have endured, it is finally time for them to celebrate life with the wedding of Nick and Becca, but things aren't as happy as they might be because when Becca goes back to work, she begins to see the man who attacked her, Tyrell Woodson everywhere. Becca chalks up these sightings to PTSD, especially after she mistakes a new staff member at the hospital for Woodson. Becca and Nick continue with wedding plans until Becca finds a stuffed animal resembling her beloved three-legged German shepherd with its head nearly chopped off by her locker at the hospital. Was it Tyrell Woodson or some new threat? The Hark Ink team goes into action with a plan that they hope will finally put a stop to the terror that has been a part of their lives for months.

      This novella concludes the Hard Ink series that began with the story of Nick and Becca and comes full circle by tying up all of the loose ends left in the story of these characters. Although short, Hard Ever After provides a satisfying ending to this enjoyable series.
