About this audiobook

I remember everything, only now I wish I didn't. When the fog is sucked away from my mind like smoke through a vacuum, the truth that has been beyond my reach for months finally reveals itself. But the relief I thought I would feel never comes, and I'm more afraid now than I was the morning I woke up handcuffed in King's bed. Because with the truth comes dark secrets I was never meant to know.

I don't know if I'm strong enough to resist the magnetic pull toward King that grows stronger every day. He's already saved me in more ways than one. Now it's my turn to do whatever it takes to save him, even if that means marrying someone else.Contains mature themes.

    Such a good read!

King is the optime of morally grey and only for Doe. I loved their dynamic and the secret mission theme that was in place to keep Doe alive. My heart swooned whenever King made his presence known and how he was always there keeping an eye out even when she didn't know it.

There are so many side characters that I'm excited to read about because they made such a strong presence in Tyrant. King used all his cards in Tyrant to get Doe back and have his HEA. I loved how T.M. Frazier tied it up at the end and even brought in a bit of the characters we lost along the way.

entertaining. a bit dramatic but enjoyable. Kings interest in a teen bothered me a bit and his lack of concern for her age as well slightly creepy.

At the beggining of the first book I thought it will be another one of those typical romance books. Oh how I was wrong.

I seriously don’t have words to describe how I’ve enjoyed this audiobook!! This was brutal and so beautiful all in one!

I’ve completely fell inlove with this story! So many things happened that I really not expect AT ALL! I was so surprised with a lot of the things that has happened that I thought would turn out the opposite.

King and Doe went through sooooooo much! And Preppy........That was just adorable!

    So happy with the ending!

    MUST READ/LISTEN!!!!!!!!

This was a followup to The King! Same great flow with the characters I have fallen in love with.
    This is a must read.
Keep in mind these books must be read in order.

The sequel to King and Doe's story starts deceptively slow and the characters spend a lot of time apart. But fear not, everything turns really dark and disturbing around the 70% mark when the heroine gets tortured in the most gruesome way.

Have you read a story where you hold your breath? Your heart is racing so fast you can hear the blood racing through your ears? It’s so intense you slam your Kindle cover to stop reading you are so anxiety ridden but then you open it right back up because you HAVE TO KNOW what happens next? This was me at 71% of reading Tyrant. Other readers may figure out the twists and turns of T.M. Frazier second book. Not here - I was shocked and totally unexpected. Thus this has to be a shorter review. You have to experience this read for yourself. No spoilers here.

By the way, if you are thinking about reading this book without reading book 1, do not do that. As a reader, you really need the background from one to take the ride in two. I would consider this more of Doe’s story. T.M. Frazier still offers you an alternating point of view between King and Doe. However, there is a lot more content with Doe’s background as the story unfolds. In my review of King, I stated I had a harder time warming up to Doe because she’s closed off. Now, I get it. She is a kick-ass, strong female character. Just the type I love to read about. And the chemistry between Doe and King – Whew!

This book falls in line with King. If violence, drug use, revenge, etc. are not in your taste range, this is not a book for you. However, if you want a fast ride of hold-your-breath-oh-my-that-did-not-happen storyline along with your romance, pick this two book series up now. It is well worth the read!

This is one of those reads that you just are anxiously waiting for.
After TM Frazier left us hanging at the end of King, I had to get my hands on this book. She really didn't disappoint with this book.

A warning though, there will be tears, yes TM Frazier made me cry, shout, get angry with this book.

Will anything go right for Doe, I mean in book one she was so lost and confused. But finding King I think was her salvation, and then what happens to her at the end of book one has you shouting no fair.

You can see that Doe really loves and adores King in this next read, but I also found that she has grown into a fantastic young woman, with no holds barred determination.

King I think realises the depths of his feeling for Doe and after the events in Book one he will do anything for this young woman.

There are alot of twists and turns, suspense, love, hot scenes. I think anyone that will be reading this will be shouting at their kindle. Keep the tissues handy though as you will need them.

TM Frazier has written one of those reads that will have a hold on you even after finishing it. It is most definitely a must read, but book one needs to be read first.

I will be keeping an eye on this author to see what she writes next.
