- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Jon Kabat Zinn's voice is calm ,directive in a gentle manner. The first meditation is a body scan which was put me to sleep. The others when I went back to them are equally calming ,inducing mindfulness and some yoga asanas. This is a wonderful companion for relaxation and mindfulness
