About this audiobook

You’ve seen the headlines: Womanizing billionaire player! Watch out! Stay away!

We were just two strangers. Facing a forbidden attraction, a chemical connection. Neither of us expected or wanted it to amount to more.

But I had never been drawn to a guy the way I was drawn to this one: my brother’s best friend, and CEO of the company where I interned. Even knowing I should stay away, I proved to be too human, after all.

The chemistry was amazing.

The laughs were incredible.

I opened up to him in more ways than I’d opened up to anyone before.

But sex was as far as I’d go.

Just sex because he was too irresistible.

Just sex because I wouldn’t be falling for him.

Just sex because I’d leave in three months, and I’d like for my brother not to kill me, and for nobody to find out he was my wicked little secret.

He wasn’t the One.

He was just a womanizer.

But for a time, he would be mine.

I’m a player and i love to b.. I haven’t decided of spending my life with one girl but this book makes me think of that one special girl I’ll found or have already found ? I don’t know ?? I liked the direct approach and the way Katy Evans had described keeping all the sentiments, sexual desires, emotions, love, lust, fling and etc perfectly well relevant to the topic and as each chapter pass by the story gets more interesting and addictive. Hats off to Katy Evans.

It was fine. Kind of sweet. The two of them smoke constantly throughout and she thinks of him as “hot smoker guy” constantly and that is a bit of a turnoff. Every time she mentally thinks how good he smells or they kiss each other, my mind fake coughs and mutters “ashtray”.

The narrator for this was really bad. Her “male” voice sounds like he is completely stoned and/or dumb as dirt. I managed to get through the narration by speeding it up to 1.5x. But if you have a chance to read instead of listen, that is probably your better option.

Rest enjoyed this series. The narrators voice was a little annoying at times, but didn't make me not like the story. Wish there was more of Sebastian York and Callan's POV.

This one was dull, nothing special considering that there was no conflict, no development in the characters.
They meet, they sleep with each other for 25 chapters, she leaves him ( without even a single conflict) then they reunite.

When it comes to the narrator, I seriously had to fasten the pace, like come on, out with the words already and when she is speaking the male voice I kinda felt there was something wrong with the guy, will seriously consider not reading any book that she narrates.

The only good thing was Sebastian york.

Not as frustrating as I thought it would be, when it started out with them f?‍?cking without either wanting to know the others name, I almost gave up at Chapter 3, not a fan of glorifying smoking but there’s a good flow without annoying plot twist ( like heartbreak and calamity over stupid half ass assumptions and fear driven conclusions) Big fan of trust and believing in your partner.

The character Gina was alittle bitter and annoying (probably alittle jealous too) but all and all I really like the book. It was alittle drawn out though.

Totally obsessed with Katy Evans books. This one was so sweet and intriguing. Saint, Tahoe and Callen are so irresistible in these books!

The story was great and kept me interested throughout. The one thing that bothered me though was the female narrator voicing for the male. It sort of distracted me because she made them sound sleepy. I don't know if it was trying to make them seem sexy, but it drove me a little crazy. Sexy it was not if that was the intended feeling. Overall great story.

Someone please tell Grace Grant to stop reading books that have male voices.
