- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book was amazing at getting me through the first month of my healing, it would be the first thing listen to after opening my eyes in the morning and after a breakup and not having the regular morning human interaction it really helped to give me something to focus on in those early stages of the breakup.
So many great exercises and brain food that gave me something to think about through the day.
I REALLY recommend this book, it absolutely helped me start to heal my broken heart.2 people found this helpful
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Wow, this book was exactly what I needed to hear right now. It’s more than about relationship healing... it embodies spiritual healing and wellness as well. One cannot move on in a healthy relationship prior to healing old wounds. I recommend this audiobook.
