      This book was boring, and I did not feel a connection between the two main characters.

      I somewhat agree with the bad review on this page. The main character came off as immature and pretty annoying to me at times. Some of it was stupid. Some if it made me laugh. The chemistry between the main character and boss was not so great. Hard to imagine the two personalities hitting it off. I did listen to the whole book though. If I hated it, I would have turned it off.

      I hated the narrator. Listening to her was like torture. She droned on and on, and it's just awful. On the other hand the book is nothing like the blurb leads you to believe, with a whiny, spoilt, stupid, and I mean stupid heroine, zero chemistry, cardboard hero and abysmal plot. The person who wrote the blurb is a much, much, MUCH better writer. Do not waste your time or your money on this stupid book.
