About this audiobook

Single mom Kacie Jensen’s life completely changed when she met dreamy, easygoing hockey star Brody Murphy and fell into a love affair she’d never imagined possible. Now, it seems like nothing can get in the way of their blossoming relationship—until Kacie’s ex-boyfriend and the father of her twin girls appears after a five-year absence, begging to be let back into their daughters’ lives.

With Brody’s game schedule turning their relationship long-distance, Kacie can keep her ex’s reappearance a secret for a while. She doesn’t want to hide her ex from Brody, but this news could take his head out of the game during the most important year of his hockey-playing career. Worse yet, it could drive her greatest love out of her life forever. Can Kacie do right by her daughters and keep Brody’s heart now that her past has unexpectedly returned?

Charming and enticing, Room for More is the captivating second chapter in Beth Ehemann’s Cranberry Inn series.

"Zach? At the hospital? Are you serious?"

That was exactly my thoughts. What the heck? Book two is a continuation of book 1 right where it left off. This is a definite read in order to get on the same page as the characters type series. So if you are considering reading this book without book 1, turn around here and go to book 1.

This book is a bit more tension and less light heartedness that book 1 had. Kacie has to deal with the reappearance of the twins father and then the eventual fall out of keeping information from a budding relationship. Ms Ehenmann takes us through the ups and downs before Kacie and Brody can reach their happily ever after. Although predictable, if you love your romance with a huge dose of "No way" and "Snap out of it", this continuation of Room for You is a recommended read.

    Holy Goodness!!
I loved book 1 and this book was just as good.

Kacie is working at the hospital and runs into a ghost from the past.

Struggling with whether to tell Brody or not ... She is emotional and stressed out.

Just when she decides to tell him everything, it is too late.

Together they make the best decision for the girls and work on their future.

There is romance, struggles, and family problems.

    It is addicting!!

Brody is just as delicious in this book. He deals with family issues and realizes just how in love with Kacie he is. At the end of the book you see one of the sweetest proposals ever!!! I don't want to spoil it... but SWOON... it was so unique, and cute, and sweet, and AMAZING.

I read this book in one night and crave more already.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I only have one complaint....It's over! I really enjoyed both of these books. Brody and Kacie are prefect together and though they had some struggles in this book, I was always hopeful for a happy ending. I don't want to give any spoilers so I will leave it with just one thought... Everyone should read this series!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

“You are my future, Kacie. You’re my present and my future and if I could figure out a way to invent a damn time machine, you’d be my past.”

Someone remind me again why in the hell I waited so long to read these books? Oh my goodness! These books had every facet that has made the New Adult genre so popular all while being completely unique. Swoon-worthy guy? Check. Strong single mom? Check. Adorable kids? Check. Smokin sex scenes? Double check. Heart-warming moments? Infinity check! There honestly wasn’t a single thing I didn’t love about Cranberry Inn and all its inhabitants. Beth doesn’t know it yet, but I’ve already permanently rented a room there.

What overwhelmed me about her was that this outside superficial stuff was just that. It was an added bonus. What made Kacie truly special to me was inside of her. I loved her for the way she loved me. I loved her for the way she loved her girls. I loved her for the mother she would one day be to my kids, which were somewhere deep inside of her, waiting to be created.

Sometimes it’s hit or miss with debut authors. The language can be a little awkward, the story doesn’t flow, and the characters might not be relatable. That is so far the case from Ehemann, it’s on another planet! I cannot remember the last time I read a book with such ease, and I mean that in the best possible way. Beth’s books are like a well-prepared prime rib; you can slice through them like butter. I couldn’t even tell you which book I liked better; I think they were equally as good, and both captured my heart.

Our story picks up where the first book left off. Kacie’s past abruptly collides with her future and she is thrown for a loop. I am not completely sure I agree with how she handled that situation, but I understand why she handled it like she did. And really, until you are in that predicament, who can really say WHAT they would do? I loved that she seemed to come more into discovering who she was in this book. Her independence and fiery attitude all coupled with a tiny smidge of self-doubt and preservation are what made her such a relatable character. In this book I feel like she is more confident in her decisions and where this journey has taken her. It was a pleasure to watch the transition and see the growth within her.

Brody Brody Brody. Seriously…the man has no faults. Okay, I am sure he does, but everything else just seems to overshadow them. One of the things that stood out most to me with this series was how adamantly he fought for her and their relationship. While there were a few miscommunications, they were small in comparison to what I have seen in other books. That was so refreshing as one of my biggest pet peeves is reading about a couple who are separated purely by miscommunication. This was a book about adults, and as such they acted like adults, not teenagers. What they faced weren’t trivial issues; they were real life problems, things that we all deal with every day. Look around you; there’s a little piece of Kacie and Brody in us all. This book filled me with such hope and I am so glad I got the chance to get MORE!

As my past was taking a picture of my present, a calm wrapped its arms around me and I just knew things would be okay.
