Well, this has been a great read! Yet the book is much more enjoyable because the lead role agent Samantha Black. She was an FBI profiler who was entrusted to profile a serial killer who has been hurting in the university of George town. Unknown to them that the killer was a friend to one of their own. He was a professor and teachers at the school and no one knows what he was doing. But one of his students saw him and instead of him exposing his professor, he joins him. Helping him and learning from him, Dr. Cameron Lathan became a mentor for the student under him. He thought him how to let go, and to trusting his instinct with his feeling and desire to kill and hurt others. The way the killer ended up getting what he has always feared. Which is ending up in jail serving his time been locked up in confinement? What he tries so hard to run away from, Samantha made sure that he got that at the end of the road. Samantha has trusted him as her lover, but only for her to find out that it was him who has been the killer. Including that he has been misleading her the entire time they had been friends. How is it that she did not see that coming? She was able to use him just as he did to her and put him where he will not be able to hurt or harm anyone. This is the very thing he has coming to him. Nice ending.
