      Jen achieves the funny, practical, no-nonsense "talking to a close friend" style that so many self-improvement authors fall short of. To boot, she clearly explains both big-picture concepts, specific action steps, and how they all interconnect ; her work unites the spiritual and science sides of my brain. I am constantly impressed by her ability to address such a wide audience and still speak to one's personal situation. One of my favorite authors!

      Nice read which makes you think. Think big and ambitious and setup your mindset for new adventures and thus an unbelievable journey with its up and downs.
      In the end you become a better person, a better version of yourself.
      As a bonus, even though I have a good job and I'm satisfied with my situation. This book help me manifest new actions and taughts towards being awesome and thus incredibly satisfied with my life.
