For Tristan being part of the Pierce family business and living in a small town used to be a nightmare, that's why he left and built a name for himself in New York. After the death of his father he inherited a share of the company and came back to run it together with his brothers. After a year he's still not used to one aspect of his current situation, spending time again with Sydney, the woman he’s always loved, but never let in. She’s aiming for a job as CFO of their company, which makes him realize she’s no longer the little girl he grew up with. Sydney is a successful single mother, a force to be reckoned with, does Tristan stand a chance to win back the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with?

Tristan broke Sydney’s heart many years ago. His distant and cold attitude made it hard for her to get through to him when she needed him the most and she had to make some difficult decisions by herself. This means there are many unresolved issues between them and there’s a lot Sydney hasn’t told Tristan. Now that he’s showing an interest again her heart want nothing more than to say yes to the man she’s always loved with her entire soul, but is it possible to make a fresh start after everything that happened in the past?

All or Nothing at All is a terrific sexy love story. Tristan is the one for Sydney and she’s known ever since their first meeting. He has trust issues and doesn’t easily let people in. Sydney has never been able to completely break down his walls. Every time she makes a little progress Tristan withdraws. He shows her plenty of passion, but isn't always kind and I couldn’t turn the pages quickly enough to find out if he’d eventually be able to open his heart. Sydney is a wonderful generous person. She usually has claws, but whenTristan asks something of her, she can’t say no. There are many unresolved issues between them and discovering if they’d be able to overcome their problems kept me glued to the pages.

Jennifer Probst has an amazing dynamic writing style. Her story is fast-paced and filled with energy and emotion. I loved that her main characters aren’t perfect, their flaws make them interesting and very enjoyable to read about. She thoroughly explores each feeling and every obstacle and the result is a fantastic complex love story. There’s plenty of chemistry, sparks are flying off the pages, and each interaction between the main characters is intense and meaningful. I love it when a romantic story is so powerful and highly recommend All or Nothing at All.

This was a tough one to rate. Since the first book in the series, it was pretty clear to the reader that there was something between Tristan and Sydney, and it didn't take too much mental gymnastics to make the leap to figuring out what Syd's big secret probably was. Second chance romance can make for a really delicious read, so I was really looking forward to this one.The first 40% of the book was everything I could have hoped for--angsty, delicious second chance-ness and all. Once Syd's secret comes out, though, it was hard to get behind the all of choices and decisions that both Syd and Tristan make and demand. The fact that they both work so hard to keep Becca happy is a saving grace for both of them, but at times this book was hard to read. I was determined to get to their HEA, though, and kept going. Seeing the couples from the other books (Tristan's brothers and their coworker) helped to make things better, even at the darkest moments.So...I ended with mixed feelings on this one. There were parts I liked and parts that made me a little crazy. In the end, though, I really did like Tristan and Syd even if I didn't agree with everything they did, and was happy to see them finally end up at a HEA with Becca. It was great to see all the "billionaire builders" get happy endings, and I'm looking forward to seeing what Ms. Probst has in store for us next.Rating: 3 stars / C+I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
