      1 star for the story, 5 stars for the hilarious voice acting. If you're looking for a bucket of overwrought description and YA fantasy cliches that takes itself way too seriously and loops into "so bad it's good" territory, give it a listen. If you're looking for a well-written YA fantasy/sci-fi hybrid, try the Lunar Chronicles instead.

      I loved this book so much I can't wait to read the 2nd

      Strong characterization and a gripping plot kept me wanting more every time I was forced to pause for life to intervene. By the end, I was desperate for more, so I will wait patiently for the next installment. Definitely authors I will continue to follow!
