About this audiobook

When my boyfriend dumps me, I need a new place to live, fast. Luckily my best friend offers me a solution: move in with her brother and his two roommates in his Malibu beach house. Sounds good, right?

Except my new roommates turn out to be three of the hottest actors in Hollywood. Each one is gorgeous, rich, and famous-and they're all off-limits because there's only one house rule: no sleeping together.

They could have any woman in the world, but to my surprise they each want me. Soon there's a new rule: whatever I do with one guy, I do with all of them.

There's no way this can end well, but how am I supposed to choose just one of my sexy-as-sin roommates?

Unless I don't have to choose . . .

Contains mature themes.

I did not care for this book at all. It was all sec (which used the same phrasing over and over) with non developed characters and a rather slow, boring plot. The narrator (specifically the female) also wasn’t my cup of tea. The character was already flat but the narrator made it even more so with little emotion. It felt like she was reading a Boring college textbook that she had to get through. Unimpressed

If you are looking for a nice read/listen on the beach, I would definitely recommend this standalone by Elizabeth Briggs! I have been listening/reading some darker reads, full of angst and tough subjects, so this was a nice palate cleanser. If you keep in mind it's a normal-sized standalone, it's not going to crazy in-depth with the characterization and plot, you will like it and enjoy the easy read/listen. I liked the guys and their different personalities, liked the MC and her friend (and one of the guys sister). I enjoyed the little story with their careers (in terms of the tv show drama and dynamics and the movie scripts). Cute read!

In terms of the narration, some parts were better than others, but overall I gave them 3.5 stars. I think my only complaint is the female vs male chapters were done at very different paces. I would put the speed when Veronica narrated at 1.2X but when Chris narrated I had him on 1.5X because he was much slower. It was a little tedious going back and forth since the chapters were 7-10 minutes each.
