      I loved the most believable new widow. She reflected so much of what I went through. The judge and his children, even his wife were all described so well without extra embellishment. Unlike some current books there were no unbelievable love at first sight and bedroom scenes between people that had just met. The book was narrated very well and the mystery and people drew me back in to listen more. I was almost sad to reach the end.

      I enjoyed the story. The main character was very much a prude but I think it’s because she’s an elderly woman.

      I have enjoyed this series very much. I can compare this to good comfort food, it warms your soul. If you need comfort this well help to make you feel good.
