- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Fantastic techniques for managing memory tasks using what you already know with a bit of technique.
I have read many memory books over the years however I felt this captured a lot plus more. Will definitely be using the techniques recommended to improve my memory.1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Super useful. No non-sense straight to the point techniques. Highly recommended.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loved this book. A lot of practical ideas for remembering lists, phone numbers and other random information. I have used these techniques for phone numbers, and remembering names. I am slow at the memorizing process, since these techniques are new to me, but expect to get faster the more I practice. I love all the examples he uses for his techniques, it makes it much easier to follow along. High recommend!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5There isn't much here that you can't learn in a psychology class. However, I do think some things are way more complicated than they need to be given my age. Some small things can be memorized without needing complicated memory techniques.
