About this audiobook
Linx Maxwell is on the verge of greatness. She's finally graduated from street fairs and hopping chain-link to making art that pays the bills. Her family life is . . . not dull. And it looks like her van might just be able to exist on hope and duct tape. If only she could get rid of the ghost who's plagued her since the eighth grade.
Frank Bogle is a detective who lost his life in the line of duty. Everyone on the other side knows that the Maxwell women are the best mediums in the business, but did he have to get attached to the one whose hair had been attacked by a Weedwacker?
Frank doesn't like his afterlife any more than Linx does. He just doesn't know how to leave.

This was a really cute story and I enjoyed listening to Melissa Moran’s audio performance. Linx and her family are really interesting. Linx realizes she has the gift (burden?) of seeing ghosts like others in her family when she sees Frank Bogie and can’t stop seeing him. They get up to an interesting adventure together solving the mystery of a woman who died many years ago. There’s another audio book in this series and I’ll be listening to it. - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A Ghost in the Glamour by Elizabeth HunterFirst in the Linx and Bogie series. Paranormal ghost whisperer mystery. Linx Maxwell sees her first ghost at 14 which is a relief to the family line of women with the power. Detective Frank Vogel protects Linx at school and even helps teach her to drive. 10 Years later, Frank is still part of Linx’s life as her professional artist life expands. The news of a woman’s body found from Franks past has Linx’s sneaking into the morgue and taking photos of the personal belongings found. Part mystery, part orientation, this story feels like a prologue. In this particular story, we learn more about Frank, his work as a detective and his death. Intriguing. I look forward to more.
