Wonderful information about trauma. The drawback is the book deals with the past, not present abuses causing continued trauma as an adult by adults. I am in a continual mode of trauma and on alert. I learnt in the book what is happening as a result. I need to learn how to stop it. Get free.

I loved this book - it was so informative and explained so much about the effects of PTSD and tactics to overcome the limiting behaviours and beliefs. So helpful

Very helpful and useful information even though I listened straight through like a novel the strategies given have already helped with starting to retrain my negative mindset toward myself
