- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Wonderful information about trauma. The drawback is the book deals with the past, not present abuses causing continued trauma as an adult by adults. I am in a continual mode of trauma and on alert. I learnt in the book what is happening as a result. I need to learn how to stop it. Get free.
