About this audiobook

I've wanted Andrea since the moment I saw her.

But she's human. I'm drakoni. The only way I'll stay sane and not lose myself to the madness that's swept over my people is if I keep my mental walls strong. I have to give up everything that makes me a dragon. That means no telepathy, no fire breathing, and no battle form.

I certainly can't take a mate. Andrea can't be mine.

When her brother escapes the fort, though, she needs help tracking him down. That means I'll be alone with her, breathing in her sweet scent, and it may be too much for my control.

What happens if I give in to my dragon? Will I take her as my mate . . . or tear her throat out?

Contains mature themes.

This one is my favorite so far in the series. Character development for the male protagonist is quite astounding considering all males in Dixon series tend to be the same. But this time, he actually feels real with distinctive thoughts and feelings. Action packed from the beginning, sexual tension growing and palpable from the 1st chapter. So much teasing and pleasure for both. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Now I want to know what happens with the female dragon. It's the first time a female has followed a male human around.

At last a really good book in this series, most have been very disappointing but Andrea and Liam's story is interesting, full of good action and even a little tear jerking, best of all is that Andrea is a good strong female character. Also the twist with the dragon's blood was excellent.

I am in love with the entire series by this author. From blue aliens to dragons. I am hoping for a continued series of merman/mermaids & humans. I'm not sure how this would play out, but I definitely want this author to continue with every fictional character we dream of taking us to new worlds of erotic fantasy. The narrator's are perfect. Their voices are electric & believable. Don't change them, or the story may suffer in the end. Thank you & keep them coming ;D

SO damn good and the best I've read of the series so far. Dixon is a talented author with a different way to see passionate and yet possessive love.

I like the banter between the characters. It has an interesting twist with the black plague, but it make sense with so many rats. Great call on the writer part. I was curious of how it is going to work out for Gabe and the female dragon....now I know.

Great book but Scribd doesn’t have the whole book. It cuts out whole chunks.

    Great story

This is another excellent story from Ruby Dixon. I love her dragons and Andrea and Liam's story was so great to read. And I'm so eager to find out more about Gabe.
