- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I have done a silent 10 day retreat in vipassana meditation. This book is intended for the no nothing about meditation but assumes one has done this course. I found the book full of Western assumptions. Misdirection for an open mind.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It's a great guide book for anyone who has done a vipassana course in Goenkaji's tradition.
