      The most frustrating book I’ve ever attempted to read. Don’t waste your time. There’s always misunderstandings and no sticks up for themselves.

      What a horrible book, couldn't even finish it. Rory is the worse heroine ever, so pathetic, constantly thinking she is unworthy, and bursting into tears, who wants to listen to that?? As if us women don't have enough men telling us we are unworthy emotional creatures. Not worth it!

      I am baffled by the high ratings on this "book." I couldn't finish it, try as I did.

      It almost took off in the first couple chapters, but then fell flatter than a pancake after that.

      It was a good book but this girl had me wanting to pull my hair out at times. I agree with what another person also commented. She basically played a doormat. She would never ever speak up for herself or try to correct people where it concerned her. It was hard to relate to her personality and that may be partly my fault. I'm not one to just let people stomp all over me like this girl did.

      This heroine is such a doormat for every peripheral character, it makes it difficult to enjoy what is otherwise a fun story. You want to smack her or hope she grows a backbone. This book may have cured me of my obsessive reading habit. I need a break.

      I think Odette Stone may have just become my new BFF. This book was SO good. When a book can make me feel ALL the feelings (sadness, elation, excitement, ANGER, etc.)…… for me that makes it a five star read. If hockey romance is your jam, I highly suggest checking this one out.
