About this audiobook

Planet Hy Man’s energy is running on empty and earth is their only hope. The only problem is, no one wants to go there.

Mex is ready to hang up her catsuit and watch the galaxy pass by. But when she is ordered to save Planet Hy Man or kiss her pension goodbye, she has no choice but to don her leathers and head to Scotland.

With no idea what the Scot’s are saying let alone what a latte is, Mex combs Glasgow. Confused, disoriented, and with a growing love for vodka she hits a mind blowing obstacle that knocks her for six…

Legless; an ancient man as elusive as the proverbial car keys has the formula.

She thought he’d died decades ago, back in the days when phones were anything but mobile and TV screens were anything but flat.

Will Mex find him in time and if she does, will he be too Scottish to understand?

Rebel Without A Clue is the quirky first book in the Planet Hy Man science fiction comedy series. If you like high-mileage heroines, fast-paced satire, and meticulously crafted universes, then you’ll love Kerrie Noor’s otherworldly farce.

Author

Kerrie Noor

Back in the days before TV had remote controls and Scotland was known for the Bay City Rollers Kerrie left Australia on a working holiday and fell in love with many things Scottish-including belly dancing. After years of teaching Kerrie saw a story and has been writing ever since…. Kerrie still loves to dance, often accompanied by storytelling and the odd joke and has inflicted her quirky style of humor on many- including the Edinburgh free fringe, several rest homes and pretty much anyone who sits still long enough to listen. Kerrie has been shortlisted for the Ashram Short Story Competition and has had two radio plays performed.

It's so rare to find a book that is sexist to both sexes. By the middle, I was looking for a picture of the author, sure that it was a man using a pseudonym. I hate reading a book about, supposedly smart women, where the women are stupid. The idea that women could work together well enough to take over the planet, but end up with the least competent, most back biting creatures in charge, is stupid, and lets me know the author does have any real female friends. Apparently, without men, there are no scientists.
