Acknowledgments
To the many people who have studied past life regression with me. To the many clients who I have had the privilege in leading them to understand their past lives. Each one of you has helped to determine the philosophy I have about Past Lives and the part they play in our current lives and therefore I owe you a huge thanks.
To Marcia Moore who first showed me past lives were real. To Bryan Jamieson who came along and gave me a technique which works with the left brained person. Both of you helped so much in the early years.
I also want to thank Marian Desborough who helped with the editing of this book. All the little suggestions helped especially as grammar was never my favourite subject.
It took years for this book to become a reality and for that I am thankful, something has finally been written down. To all of you who have supported me in my journey, my teachings and being, I thank you one and all.

Preface
Have you ever visited a new city and felt uneasy? Or as a plane is landing feel like you ‘have come home’? ‘What is this feeling I’m having?’ is a question I have asked myself many times when entering a new city. Over the years as I have approached a city a feeling arises within, San Francisco and Paris both had a very unsettled feeling. The first time I flew into Toronto my thought was ‘I know this city’. In Ottawa the thought was ‘I have not been to this city since before the bridges were built’. Interestingly, I always know where north and south are in Toronto (something a person born ‘down-under’ experiences in the northern hemisphere is not knowing where north and south are) and when in Ottawa I have no idea where I am and get lost very easily. Recently as I flew into Rome it felt I was ‘coming home’.
Over the years I have visited many cities and had many experiences. Some cities I have a definite feeling, others are neutral. Sometimes a past life needs to be resolved and released. Sometimes it will bring a warm comfortable feeling, other cities will be neutral. For me, it is the unsettling cities that I work with, to resolve them - after all I want to enjoy the city so I can travel with ease and personally integrate myself more. Past Lives have played large part in this integrating of myself.
I have written about many metaphysical subjects but until now not past lives. I have facilitated workshops on the subject for many years, have a CD and a DVD, but today no book. I’m often asked ‘Where is your book on past life regression?’ I have mentioned them in some of my other books, but I have been unable to write about the subject satisfactorily. Oh I have attempted to several times, but I never like the results. Then, one night while watching TV a thought began to rumble through my mind, ‘Why not write about some of my own experiences of my past lives’ and the beginning of this book was there.
I trust my personal journey into Past Lives will aid you in understanding the importance of Past Life Regression in being able to transform decisions make in other times and places and which reflect into this life now.
Introduction
A consistent question is ‘why are past lives important and how does past life regression
