One of the keys to effectively using conversational hypnosis is to convince the person you are persuading to believe that the action you are convincing them to take is a fun, safe and perfectly natural thing to be doing. You can convince anyone to do anything by delivering to them subtle hypnotic commands that assure them that the action is seamlessly normal and safe to do.

It is important that you find a way to make your command beneficial to the person that you are influencing. If you cannot find a way to make it beneficial then it is not a good command to be giving. I have made the mistake of influencing others to do something that is not in their best interest and believe me when I say that it is not good for anyone. There are always consequences to using hypnosis on others. If you make someone else feel bad about anything for whatever reason, they would resent you for it and possibly want revenge. It is better for everyone if you use the techniques that you will be learning in this book to benefit others because it will also benefit you.

The truth is that anyone can be persuaded and influenced to do anything that you want them to; so it is in your best interest to put yourself in the mind-set that this is the truth. You will discover, as you carry on reading this entire book, an assortment of methods that you can use to do this swiftly and without difficulty.

Why Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is communication with the subconscious mind. The reason that you want to communicate with the subconscious mind is that it is easier to convince than the conscious mind. Conversational hypnosis is the art of communicating with the subconscious mind in everyday conversation. Therefore, with this book you are learning to speak to a person’s subconscious mind because doing this will make it really easy for you to convince and influence others.

As you follow along you are going to be learning how to influence the subconscious mind by using your voice tone and inflection. The subconscious mind is very responsive to changes in voice tone and with the proper inflection you make your voice hypnotically stimulating. This is what you are learning before you move on to other aspects, such as the psychological devices, because you need to know how to make everything that you say convincing.
