About this ebook
We live in a world that is constantly trying to fix us, or one in which we are forever trying to fix ourselves. Almost everything and everyone outside of us tries to tell us that we are not good enough or we don’t do it right, and here is a secret technique or a little trick that will solve your problems, or get you to that next level, or in other words, “fix” you. Doesn't this presume that you are broken to begin with?
What is most amazing about this is that it is completely in the head. Why do people try to find themselves outside of themselves?! Why is it that with everything out there nothing tells you or shows you how to go inside?! Who are you if you stop thinking? Those answers and more are found within the pages of this book. And all of these answers come directly from the sensations within and were created completely without thought. That will sound impossible to a thinking brain and so it will disagree or maybe it will agree. Both of those two options are thinking: the two sides of the very same coin. This is also a way that the ego defends itself. If you agree or disagree then you are thinking and nothing goes in. Does this make sense to you? This book is the only thing on the market that will not fix you at all. This book will show you that you are not broken and that there is nothing to fix! In fact, we need to peel back all of the stuff (fixes) that we have added over the years. This is what is meant by Unfixyou. It's like peeling back the layers of an onion to get back to the core inside. There is NEVER anything that ever needs to be added again!
This book will take you to what some would call enlightenment. It has been said another way. It is the peace of God that passeth all understanding. This is true because understanding is thinking and this book will teach you how to stop thinking. When you give up thinking a new intelligence comes in. You literally unplug your brain and plug into THE brain. Peace, joy, love, etc.. are just mind concepts. Remove the thinking and these things become your birthright. After all, they were always there waiting for you to turn on the lights.
If you have tried everything out there then this is for you. If you have always felt somewhere inside that something just isn't right then this book is for you. I encourage you to stop fixing yourself and Unfixyou!

Introduction
I know you're out there. I can feel you now. I know that you're afraid... you're afraid of us. You're afraid of change. I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it's going to begin. I'm going to hang up this phone, and then I'm going to show these people what you don't want them to see. I'm going to show them a world without you. A world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries. A world where anything is possible. Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you.
-Neo
I won’t bother telling you a story about how I dropped into this energy, I will simply teach you how.

CHAPTER 1
You are Perfection! (Didn’t you get the memo?)
You are the perfection you see in the world; you are not broken! This might sound funny to you at first, or even a bit crazy, but we live in a world that is constantly trying to fix us, or one in which we are forever trying to fix ourselves. Almost everything and everyone outside of us tries to tell us that we are not good enough or we don’t do it right, and here is a secret technique or a little trick that will solve your problems, or get you to that next level, or in other words, fix
you. Doesn’t this presume that you are broken to begin with?
Think about it; it’s everywhere. It’s in the TV and radio commercials, it’s in the shows, it’s on Facebook, it’s on YouTube, it’s the pills, the seminars, the books, the magazines, the websites, our friends, our families, religions, it’s all pervasive everywhere. It’s as if the whole external world has turned into a salesman, and the salesman is telling us that what we have isn’t good enough, and that what they are selling somehow is, and that we need to add it to ourselves in order to be complete. Notice the pharmaceutical commercials, for instance. They will suggest something like, Do you feel anxiety? Do you feel depressed? Do you feel sad? Do you have trouble sleeping? Then we have the perfect pill that will fix you! Side effects may cause (fill in the blank with any number of horrible things).
They will phrase their commercial in the broadest way possible because we all feel or create anxiety, depression, sadness, and might not sleep that well or even at all from time to time. If you hear this often enough, you might just beLIEve there really is something wrong with you. And they will do their best to convince you that you ARE broken just so they can sell you, and maybe even get you hooked on, what they call a cure! Is it a coincidence that the ones with the cure
are the same ones trying to convince us we are broken?
By the way, there is no such thing as a side effect! It’s either an effect or it isn’t! Just notice the insanity here. This is the insanity of fixing what isn’t broken.
Seminars and self help Gurus
are the best, or worst, at doing this, depending on how you look at it. They will tell you that the way you feel is incorrect, and by using their techniques you will be fixed. Can you see how this presupposes that you are broken to begin with, and something or someone outside of you will fix you? Just notice again that the ones doing the selling are the same ones saying you are broken. Have you ever heard the expression, Don’t fix it if it ain’t broken?
Well, that old saying
is pure Gold!
Honestly, I was trained by someone who most people would consider to be one of the best self-help/motivational speakers in the world. I was taught that if I didn’t like the way I felt, then through the use of various techniques I could use movement to interrupt the pattern and introduce another, which in reality just means to exchange one emotional state for another. Basically, use the mind to change the mind, and completely skip over what I really feel inside. It’s like using a flame thrower to put out a fire. I call this state juggling
, and it’s one of the most damaging things we can ever do to ourselves. It kept me trapped in my mind for years, always juggling my emotional state if I didn’t like the one I was in. These fixes or techniques stored energy in my body in the way of blocked emotions
causing severe stiffness and tension throughout my body.
All of that mind stuff was a house of cards, as is anything in the external world. If you attach your feelings to the things outside of you, you should be aware that everything in the external world will always eventually go away, and then how will you feel? In other words, if you tie your happiness to anything outside of you, it’s inevitable that your happiness will go away as soon as that external thing goes away. Does this make sense to you? It’s simply amazing that we try to find ourselves outside of ourselves as if something out there can tell us about in here.
Years ago, as I was sitting in my garden one day while sipping some fresh lemonade made from my very own lemon trees, something amazing happened. I was reading a book when a hummingbird caught my ear and finally my eyes. As I watched, all of a sudden I had what some would call an epiphany
, or what others might call a moment of clarity. I realized that even with all my stuff, my half-million dollar a year paycheck from the company I created, the five homes, the two Ford Expeditions (his and hers), my Jaguar Vanden Plas, boats, dogs, cats, and the family I had created (wife and her two children from previous marriages, whom I loved as my own), etc., etc., etc., I awoke in my garden that day to find myself absolutely miserable on the inside to the point of self loathing on a profoundly deep level. In fact, I was feeling very suicidal! I was amazed that all the stuff I kept adding to myself didn’t seem to make me feel any different. In fact, the more I added, the more miserable I was. This made no sense to me. I grew up poor, so naturally rich would make me feel better, right? What an amazing day, the day I woke up a little, the day I had finally built up enough pain in the external world, and was forced to look into the internal world. I knew something was deadly wrong here, and I had to either stop what I was doing in my life or kill myself. I would not allow this in my life any longer. I walked away from it all, and within one month I gave everything to my now ex-wife and her amazing children. My world, or at least the one I had created, came tumbling down like the aforementioned proverbial house of cards. I spent the next couple of years working in Las Vegas with various local performers. I was left wondering who I was, and hated myself for not knowing.
What the hell happened?! When I was a child everything was amazing; life was fun. Getting me to go to bed was a tough one for my parents, because there was always something to do. Boredom, what was that? There were no limitations, I could do anything, and I was unstoppable. I even tried flying once! I tied a cape (Mom’s towel) around my neck, stood up on the dining room chair, and without thinking, jumped off as if I could fly! Of course I learned about gravity that day, and realized that watchful thinking isn’t all that bad! It seems funny now, but seriously, that’s how we learn. Most of us take the safe route, never leaping. It’s a good thing I didn’t take gravity personally, or I would have never been able to fast rope out of a helicopter, jump out of an airplane, or even fly in one for that matter!
So, the question before you now is, how deep down the rabbit hole are you willing to go? This is a great question to ask yourself as we go deeper and deeper into this. If that scares you, just notice it. There is gold under that fear, as you will soon learn. Let this book guide you back to you, let it unfix you.
Anybody who says differently has an agenda!
Ever since I first broke myself years ago when I was very young, I have been on a journey to find myself, just like most people who feel somewhere inside that something isn’t quite right. I went to every seminar I could, I read every book I could find on psychology, and tried just about everything I could get my hands on. Mantras, vision boards, goal sheets, wishing, and just about everything under the sun with regard to self improvement. Even after all this fixing, somewhere inside I knew that something wasn’t quite right with me, so I kept on searching, I kept on fixing. I wondered why I didn’t seem to feel the same as the other people did.
I took this personally, and kept trying to find the secret to it all. I was mad at myself, mad at God, and basically mad at the world. If there was a God, he/she forgot to give me some of the tools the others had, and it was embarrassing to let them know. I assumed I needed to fix myself some more, and the journey was off and running. This is why we are always trying to accumulate more; we think that we are broken on some level and need to be fixed, thus adding more and more to our story of ourselves.
It was an amazing experience to discover the moment I first broke myself much later on in life by going inside. I remember when I was very young, seeing a family member grieving
at a funeral, and noticed that I didn’t feel that way at all. I was thinking about how cool the person was that had died, and was enjoying their life, not even focusing on their supposed death. Then it hit me, a new voice in my head that had never been there before, said, When my family finds out I don’t feel like they do, they will hate me, they will make fun of me.
This was my first unwatched thought, and the first fear of the external world I had cemented into my mind, and that thought projection or beLIEf spawned many, many more. I immediately thought to myself, I’d better not tell them the truth of what I feel, or they won’t love me anymore and I might get into trouble. I can’t let them see this horrible thing inside of me; I can’t let them see I’m not perfect like they are.
In that moment I felt ashamed of myself; in that moment I faked or mimicked the external world I saw in order to be loved and accepted by it, or at least this was what I thought. I made the choice to act the same way as the people around me, and in that moment I broke myself. In that moment I made the choice not to be me, because the person I was wasn’t good enough in my new thoughts. In that moment I gave away my true power and began my search for others
to fix me. I gave my power, the true me, away to the external world and forgot about the internal world altogether. Much like the story in Genesis of the Garden of Eden, I ate from the tree of knowledge (which is unwatched thinking) and created shame for myself. I felt shame to be seen for who I AM just as Adam and Eve created shame about their nakedness, when before it was never a thought. I have spent a lifetime ever since then trying to fix myself, trying to fix what my brain said was broken. Never did I realize that I was the one who broke me, and that I was perfection manifest all along. The person I AM can never be contained in a single thought; the person I AM, like you, like us, is perfection! To quote Shakespeare, a truly enlightened man, Why then 'tis none to you; for there is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so. To me it is a prison.
Here is the problem, and it is all pervasive in everything you see today. The fact is that 99.9% of every seminar, every motivational CD/DVD, every book, every society, every household, every news channel, every movie, every religion, you get it, just about everything has one thing in common: they ALL presuppose that you are broken, and they have the magic thing, or trick, or tool to fix you.
Think about it for a second. A seminar will tell you all about a new or better technique or thought process, and by buying their stuff you can have the great life they have, too! They have a great life
because we keep buying into and buying their crap!
