    I really enjoyed this short but meaty--no pun-- book!! just enough science without being ridiculous and let's face it-- fasting has been a round for thousands of years as a tool. sometimes lack of something in our rich society is the only thing to make a person pause. bravo!! have tried fasting in my 20s...gives me hope 2 easily take off the extra 10 I've enjoyed picking upon since then.
