      I like to read this book. It is useful anyway.

      Extremely insightful and all-encompassing of the experience a landlord will have in real estate

      There is a lot of valuable information in this book for anyone who is interested in investing in rental properties. I was also very happy with the large abundance of forms and checklists included, although it is difficult to get them in a nice image from SCRIBD. Makes me want to purchase this book just because of the forms. The author seems very ethical and business oriented at the same time, which is a very respectable combination. Reading this book is well worth your time if you're looking to invest in rental properties.
