- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I liked this little book a lot! This is a guide to get internally cleaned by drinking juice. The first half of the book contains a very thorough explanation of health benefits that the juice cleanse will give you. Furthermore, it gives you a plain definition of each vitamin and it also goes into detail about different anatomical organs that will improve as a consequence of carrying on with the diet. The second half is all about different types of juice that can be made. Is all simple and easy to understand. I will definitely try a few of these to experience this new diet.

I found the first section the most helpful. The book goes over the basics and is clear. The recipes (there's roughly 125) are simple and easy, but the sidenotes are a bit repetitive.
