About this ebook
Using ground-breaking work by medical researchers in the areas of natural and processed foods, bestselling author John McKenna analyses the diet of a typical child in the modern developed world, showing both the nutrient and the toxic content of their diet. He explains why diseases such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease and cancer are on the increase, and explains why learning difficulties and food intolerances are increasing at a phenomenal rate. Reviews for Good Food

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Another book by John McKenna that's food for thought, he points out that the food pyramid we have been taught is, to him at least, contrary to his research and findings as a physician often dealing with unhealthy guts, he might have more information than most about this topic. He's unimpressed with modern processed foods and thinks that we need to return to a smaller source and fewer large shops.I'm not sure how realistic some of his ideas are but it's worth chewing over.
