    In this book I have written five separate stories from each of the following Australian male counrty artists: Lee Kernaghan, Adan Brand, Troy Cassar-Daley, James Blundell and Adam Harvey; who sent me this testimonial after reading his copy of the book "Joan has come up with a really unique concept with this "Song Title Series". I found this book very interesting, and was fascinated at the way she has included so many song titles into the story. It's a great read and something a little different from most novels. Adam Harvey (Australian Country Music Artist)...Lee Kernaghan: Tallarook, the Tenterfield Saddler, ends up in the Darwin Jailhouse just before Christmas. He tries to remember what happened during the previous day, but his memory keeps taking him back to his past. Who was the mysterious person who helped the lawyer quickly discover the truth and the nature of the crime and set Tallarook free?... Adam Harvey: What was Mr Bojangels involvement in the disappearance of the seven Spanish angels? Is the evidence that the police have against him enough to convict him or will the King of the road in Phantom 309, who had given him a lift the previous day, save the day... Troy Cassar-Daley: Grandpa Damon tells his two grandchildren two stories; the first one was about him and a friend, who was a river boy. The dreams they had when they were young and what happened when they were both old enough to get work. Did their dreams come true? The second story was about an older gentleman who, after many years on his farm, decides to follow his dream of going back to part of his past life. His destiny is changed partially by a rodeo clown who speaks to him, and a woman who was chasin' rodeo clowns to find the one who had spoken to her in the past. Who is this rodeo clown and is he the same one who spoke to them both?... James Blundell: Five men who used to work together down on the farm are invited to get together for a reunion in Tamworth when the Country Music Festival is on. Follow in their conversation as each talk about their lives after they left the farm. All seems straight forward but is it? Will their friendship still be strong when strange and unusual events start happening?... Adam Brand: Will you really blame it on Eve for what Uncle Pete feels and his journey home to his brother's farm? Eve is one of the six year old twin daughters of Pete's brother Steve, who has just one dream that comes true one Christmas with the aid of a stranger.Find out what Eve's dream was and how and why it came true for her.

    Age is but a number so at 59 years of age and after raising my family i was watching a Bon Jovi concert that took me back to a part of my youth that I had missed. I first got the idea of this book as I was watching a Bon Jovi concert fron Madison Garden. A neighbour was also watching it with me and I started putting the song titles into sentences. As an avid Bon Jovi fan, I had collected all their albums and a lot of DVD concerts. I have all of the band members individual works; even before they became the Bon Jovi band and all of David's musical soundtracks. From the first sentence I was able to create this book using just song titles and then followed this book with other books from different artists song titles of different genres of music. i enjoy writing these books and my daughters enjoy reading and editing them for me.

      INTRODUCTION

      This time my challenge was to write five different stories, using five Australian country male singers. It was hard to choose from so many Australian male country singers so I chose Lee Kernaghan, Adam Harvey, Troy Cassar-Daley, James Blundell and Adam Brand as their songs and their styles in writing were all different. It did not matter how many times a song had been played or sung on an album because it was used that many times in the book.

      When reading this Song Title Series book, I hope that no disservice has been done to the artists as well as their adoring fans who read it, for that was not my intention. As I may have missed a song, an album or a concert within this book I do apologize sincerely.

      Legally I cannot use Lyrics or Music because of Copyright but I can use song titles (Italicized) Also I must put a Reference (exactly as it is down loaded) and a Bibliography after the story or stories. So don’t forget; because I have used the original song titles in whole, there are places in the book that I could not change to make it more comprehensible for you the reader. So, sit back, relax and enjoy reading these short stories.

Did their dreams that they were dreaming out loud come true?

      The second story is about an older gentleman who, after so many years on his farm, decides to follow his dream of going back to a part of his past life when he was just a country boy. His destiny is changed partially by a rodeo clown who speaks to him and a woman who was chasin’ rodeo clowns to find the one had spoken to her in the past.       TALLAROOK’S JOURNEY

      Looking out of the Darwin Jailhouse window, Tallarook, the Tenterfield saddler, started following the light of the first truck in a road train leaving the city for another part of this beautiful planet country of Australia.

      He thought to himself "What am I doing here in this cell? I should be back in Texas Qld 4385 with the boys from the bush, following the family tradition of mustering horses through the dirt and dust of this dry outback country. Once we’d reach Kerosene Lane, the cowgirl in charge would tell us where to take the lead horse; would we take it to the old block behind the shed or would we leave him in the longyard for the night.

      We all know out here that the spirit of the bush is only one reason that helps the families through the good and the bad times and love in the time of drought is another reason. When I’m home, I milk cows in the early morning and do other station hand work till sundown.

      I wish I could remember what happened the other day. I remember talking with one of the boys from the bush who was with some other fella; although, I don’t think that he was an Australian boy. I think that he came in with the boys from Bathurst, but with the country crowd that was in the Hat Town Hotel that night, it would’ve been hard to tell.

      I remember he got rejected by some country girls from the Collingullie Station in wanting to dance the Christmas waltz with him; therefore, it must be Christmas. When country comes to town to have a merry Christmas, they usually do.

      As the country’s really big these days, the boys from the bush enjoy having a few days off to enjoy themselves on the beach and especially the surf. Most of the year, the boys from the bush are either droving cattle, station hands or they go out and baptise the Ute, scrubbashin’, while trying to disperse packs of wild dingoes or wild pigs.

      Where I come from, Texas Qld 4385, yes; I’m from the country; the boys from the bush, the outback club, would usually go skinny dippin’ after a hard day and before they gathered by a fire of gidgee coal to eat the meal that the cook had prepared for them and they would pass the bottle round, usually there was more than one bottle being handed around.

      Many long nights were spent this way when they were out droving and only having the bare essentials with them, the boys would often sleep under the Goondiwindi moon and stars. During summer, living
