Procrastination causes a lot of problems in daily life. For example, you may find that your work is adversely impacted because you have a lack of productivity. You may not be making the effort to get in shape or stay healthy and this can result in several health problems. Furthermore, you may find that you also have a lot of financial problems because you fail to take the responsibility to properly budget and then do what is necessary to make sure that you are staying on track. This can carry over to problems in relationships and even issues with spiritual well-being. When you put things off on a regular basis, very little actually gets accomplished so you find yourself feeling that you are stuck in a rut that you cannot get out of. You then have to start taking steps to change your habits so you can become more productive.
