Chris Scott Graham is a partner in Dechert's intellectual property group, chairing the trade secret practice, and between 2005 and 2010 was the managing partner of Dechert's Silicon Valley office. He addresses all aspects of intellectual property rights, handles a wide variety of complex civil disputes, conducts public and private investigations and is often selected to act as an ADR neutral with special expertise in acting as the arbitrator and mediator. He has extensive experience in all manner of civil disputes, including securities fraud and shareholder class actions, and has particular experience in trying cases involving trade secret misappropriation, patent and copyright infringement, privacy issues, unfair business competition and false advertising.
