- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5A medieval mystery. Liked the first part of the book better and more interesting filled with new information in the descriptions of everyday life in medieval times, the scattered etymologies such as 'riding the night mare' or day's eye for daisy and sometimes the words used with medieval roots. However, the plot did slump several times.
