Personal Training Secrets - Matt Weik
Introduction
Personal training is an extremely competitive career. Each gym is swarmed with trainers looking to fill up their schedules with training sessions in hopes of making a lucrative career from their hard work. Many will succeed, while others, unfortunately, won’t. Some of those trainers are the best around, while others are out trying to make a quick buck without the proper knowledge and education to successfully and safely train a client. By the year 2020, there will be an estimated 300,000 personal trainers in the United States alone—and through the help of this book, hopefully, you can still be a part of that statistic.
What to expect from this book?
This book will help you understand some of the mistakes personal trainers make that you can learn from in an effort to get one step ahead of your competition and fill up any empty spaces in your schedule with clients. Learn from their mistakes so you don’t make the same ones and ultimately hurt your business. While the number of personal training jobs is on the
