Lainey Garretson

Lainey Garretson was born and raised in Dallas, Texas as a daughter of two creative people. Her father was a classical composer and programmer and her mother was a registered nurse and creative crafter. She became a professional musician late in her teens and performed on stages and was in concert as an opening act across the US and ASIA. She was also a creative writer in her schools focusing on lyrics and poetry. In the late 90s, she changed careers on a dime and became an IT developer and then went into writing again. Her passion is being a philanthropist helping animals, children and veteran's charities. She resides in Plano, Texas with her Bichon Frisés. She is still helping people spiritually by writing. Lainey has a lot of passion for helping people and animals to succeed in life. Her favorite saying is, "Life is too short and I'm just passing through!" and a quote taken from "Mame, the movie", "Live, Live, Live!!!"
