There is hardly anyone today who has an excess of energy after meeting all the needs and requirements their day demands of them.
This is not so often the case in cultures where the tempo of life is much slower. But in highly competitive cultures that are advanced in science and technology and focused on economic growth, the notion of how one’s precious energy should be used is tremendously important. That the Soul itself could be a source of energy means that we should make it a priority to find out how we can access and expend this precious resource.
Sooner or later each one of us will turn our attention to this
