Abstract This journal needs to develop a digital distribution content system in a packed oktomagazine.com web 2.0. The system was developed by the method of software development life cycle (SDLC) object-oriented model of evolution. Requirements user needs obtained by RIA, SOA, Social media sites, and bussiness model and generated nine categories of needs. The resulting system is a website that serves 6 elements oktomagazine.com server and can access via smartphone, TabletPC, notebook, television and internet. User evaluation of the eleven variables declared oktomagazine.com very satisfying.

Keywords - web dinamis, the system of distribution digital contents, evolution models, web 2.0, oktomagazine. PENDAHULUAN hen the Internet emerged in Indonesia (1995 and dot com boom years of 1998 to 2000), the reaction is different. There are some newspapers that actually do the synergy that a strength. This phenomenon has developed in Indonesia since 1998 to the present era of information along with the advancement of communication technology. History records that the first online newspaper that delivers digital news is the Chicago Tribune in 1992. Common phenomenon of people online to the internet is to get information and share information with the other phenomena negation Business Permit Issuance (SIUPP) when the era of President BJ Habibie and Information Minister Yunus (1999) which resulted in the freedom of the press (ease of setting up media) are not exception to the press online or synergizing with online media.

Urgency and high current consumption and distribution of a latest information and updates from the news plays an important role. The rapid development of the Internet produces a new media presence (new media) are by no means negates the old media presence but complementary. The number of internet users in Indonesia from year to year since 1998 always increase. According to official estimates ITU (http://www.internetworldstats.com/st ats3.htm) the number of subscribers and internet users in Indonesia until 2011 amounted to 55 million of the total estimated population of 245,613,043. This phenomenon of the Internet on print media can not be prevented and where possible synergy with the internet. Internet as a new media affect fundamental transformation of journalism, such as news sundries (ubiquitous news), global information access, coverage that moment (instantaneous reporting), interactive, and content of various form of media (multimedia content) as well as psychological and cultural change audience. Web media development in internet technology contributed to the rapid development of online media with the presence of web 2.0. Web 2.0 is actually just a result of the development of web 1.0. In an era of press freedom and media convergence era, PT Pratama Wellcomm E-Media launches online news media portal oktomagazine.com Based on web 1.0 oktomagazine.com consider and aware of the aware of internet in psychological and cultural change of audience

potential to challenge and give opportunity. To meet and and overcome any challenge and opportunity web 1.0 of oktomagazine.com evaluated not ideal as system solutions for this. Digital Distribution System based on web 2.0 is ideal as system solution for the challenges and their opportunity. THEORY OF WEB 2.0 Web 2.0 Actually Web 2.0 is next generation of development web 1.0, there are some character unique of web 2.0. The first characteristics of web 2.0 is web as a platform where all supporting applications running on internet. The second of characteristics is ability application to share knowledge, news article and both cross web and cross weblog. The third characteristics is the technigue of programming models are lightweight programming models and integrated with a variety of applications that are in other website ( mashup ). The fourth characteristics is rich user experiences where the convenience of the readers is the further enhanced with AJAX programming. The fifth is integrated web with mobile device. Web 2.0 is the framework that allow and provides the freedom for developers to productivity with large scale. According to Tim O'Reilly (http://oreilly.com/web2/archive/wha t-is-web-20.html) framework of the collaborative Web 2.0 allows a variety of platforms.

Fig.1 Framework of Web 2.0. Web 2.0 have ability to distribution digital contents from publisher to readers and interactive with them. Fig.3 Comparison features of media online.

Fig.2 The ability of Web 2.0. In the server of web 2.0, load performance of server have more lighter than web 1.0 where web 2.0 have core components concentrated and another physically core components in scattered in another location ( another server or another website ). The stability performance of another server ( social media server ) especially open connection becomes important core of performance of web 2.0 To able more understanding when develop distribution digital contents based on web 2.0 is doing compare analytics case study of two establish news media online ( detik.com and kompas.com ).

Fig.4 Additional Comparison Features of media online. Method SDLC evolution modeling According Scach and Tomer ( Scach and Tomer, 2000 ) the method SDLC evolution modeling is method SDLC waterfall model combine with method SDLC spiral model.

Fig.5 The method SDLC evolution modeling.

Fig.5 explanation each phase of development and maintenance of the system will go through gradual procedure and repeated procedure. Each requirements will allocated or reviewed each architecture, function required and so on. Efficiency of maintenance system aims to optimal required for related requirements system with architecture, so any requirements system needed to change more easily to search and match architecture changed as those needs change. Therefore expected of the method SDLC evolution modeling modification occurs only in the architecture of the system related with changing requirements, other architecture of system not related with those requirement not need to modification. From the above, the result analytic comparison case study two website media online based on web 2.0 have more characteristics different source of data and necessary adjust to the method SDLC evolution modeling when develop the system distribution digital contents web 2.0.

Fig.6 The result modification of evolution model Schach and Tomer.

Fig.6 explation some phase used, the phase of data collection obtained from several sources ( detik.com and kompas.com ), readers, journalist and literature studies. Data collection has performed by analyzing the different characteristics of each website media online and conduct on observation of journalist and readers as well as adjust to related study of literature. In the requirements analysis phase, data collection will be formed into group which the group divided into three groups; group of online media ( detik.com and kompas.com ), group audience ( journalist and readers _ and group literature. After obtaining all necessary requirements, in the phase design system for web 2.0 there are four categories can be formed ; Design of RIA, Design of SOA, Design of social media website, and design of business model. Prototype of system used as ideals approach to develop system distribution digital contents web 2.0 with programming language PHP and java object oriented programming ( OOP ). The primary data obtained by observation website online media ( detik.com and kompas.com ) as well as journalist and audience. The secondary data obtained by reference information of book related wirh web 2.0, journal science IT, and others material related with this topic and title of research. Collected primary data and secondary data, by field research with methodology observation and library research.

Result of data collection will be references to phase requirement analysis And designed to development. ( Fig.7 ). ` Data collection as observation and environment readers used for purpose to fulfill requirements system needs. The results of data collection by observation as shown in Fig.8. IMPLEMENTATION SYSTEM The stages of implementation was needed to develop distribution digital contents system web 2.0 ( Fig.9 ).

The method first SDLC waterfall model used to solve global architecture of system and comprehensive. Then to additional features of system and fulfill user evalution develop with repeated. Efficiency and effective to get minimum risk when develop system ( minimum overlapping process of phase development ) is done by modification in maintenance phase and features of function related with requirements system is needed repeatedly.

Fig.9 The stages of implementation distribution digital contents system web 2.0. Beginning implementation starting of requirements phase, analysis, design, specification and implementation. For reduce lack iteration of method SDLC waterfall model so needs to combine with method SDLC spiral models approach evolution modeling focus controlling in evaluation user and evaluation system. Each evalution user and evalution system collaboration each other step by step when develop phase.

UNIQUE OF SDLC EVOLUTION MODEL Selection of development digital distribution content with system development life cycle ( SDLC ) method evolution modeling has some uniqueness that can be improved in the system development oktomagazine ( online media web ). SDLC method SDLC evolution models Strengths Ease in fixing system error occur because the improvements involve no major changes in the system architecture. The level of system performance can be improved. The level of development of the system to meet the changes in the system is relatively stable and constant. Changes in meeting the needs of the system occurs only in the components or adding new components in the system. Ease of adaptation to the complexity and speed of implementation guidance that correlated with the business. Low operational cost management systems to business needs and the

needs of the system. Fig.26 Keunikan yang dimiliki metode SDLC model evolusi. WEAKNESS OF SDLC EVOLUTION MODEL Behind strength and uniqueness SDLC method evolution model implemented in this research, still has difficult and weakness in the implementation. (Fig. 27). Determinants Constraints or Weakness System Requirements (requirements) The system requirement on expected demand, tend to changed after entered implementation phase. So this lead repetitive multi dimension stage never ending that reaching release the version of system. Environmental Changes and adaptation differences in system operating system environments, including system architecture of the other party (social networking sites) require adaptation and adjustment of integration to internal systems. Human During the resources development of the system and continue to

complex then when additional staff resources programmer need more time to learn, adjust time to study for phase development from beginning. Experiences Skill in predicting and analytical changes in the system skills to arstiektur meet new determine needs (new requirements) are critical in minimizing recurrent stage (looping). Fig.27 Difficult implementation using SDLC evolution model as weakness. CONCLUSION The results of the development of these systems produce digital content distribution system based on web 2.0 is better than a static website that can be implemented in mobile devices, readers can play an active role to share in the social networks they want, the news search easily found by readers of both search engine or search facilities are available, and readers can find and read the latest news (breaking news). In the system developed by grouping news story layout that is easy to understand and find, the layout of the latest news (breaking news) are in the top position in the form of a slide show that the prominent appearance of the visualization. Digital content distribution system based on web 2.0 features news search facility that makes readers find news though the facilities in the system

was not integrated with google news search engines. Digital content distribution system based on web 2.0, has the capability of digital distribution of content integrated into broader social networking sites, the ease of access from mobile devices, completeness and intellectual support system components so they can be a web development solution which is better for online media. This system has the ability to be accessed from mobile devices (mobile) with low internet speed, system capabilities tailored to mobile devices (mobile) automatically, satisfactory speed loading system that makes it easy for journalists to produce news online at any time and the ease and speed of getting information for readers. Digital content distribution system are still to be developed into a standalone mobile applications such as iPad apps, iOS, and BB Apps to reach achievements digital content distribution over the maximum. Oktomagazine digital content distribution systems need to be developed towards a desktop application, which will automatically give you the latest news readers periodically to a computer without the need to browse the web oktomagazine.com.
