Amended Cease Trade Order Tresoro Mining Corp. Sections 164 and 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418

On May 4, 2012, the Executive Director ordered (the Cease Trade Order) under section 164 of the Act that trading in the securities of Tresoro Mining Corp. (Tresoro Mining) cease until Tresoro Mining files the required records referred to in the Cease Trade Order and the Executive Director makes an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the Cease Trade Order. The Cease Trade Order incorrectly referenced Tresoro Minings securities as being listed on the OTCQX tier of the OTC Market; however, the correct tier is the OTCQB. Tresoro Mining has not filed the required records and the Executive Director has not made an order under 164(1) of the Act revoking the Cease Trade Order. Under 171 of the Act, the Executive Director amends the Cease Trade Order to reflect Tresoro Minings securities as being listed on the OTCQB tier of the OTC Market.
