Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended And Restated ByLaws of The Hal Jacksons Talented Teens of Washington, Inc. October 10, 2012 This Talented Teens Public Service Corporation Educational Scholarship Program Organization shall have as its purposes those purposes set forth in the Articles of Incorporation as now existing or as hereafter amended. These ByLaws shall be so construed as to promote those purposes. Section 1. MEMBERS (a) Members Any natural person may make application to become a member, thereby consenting to abide and be governed by the Bylaws of the Hal Jacksons Talented Teens of Washington, Inc. organization or HJTT and such rules, regulations, resolutions and guidelines governing membership as may be adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors under the approval of the Chairwoman and/or Owner and pursuant to these Bylaws. Members are admitted upon application and payment of the appropriate fees and dues which are prescribed by the (Board of Directors) under the approval of the Chairwoman and/or Owner and pursuant to these bylaws. All applications are subject to approval and acceptance in a manner authorized by these bylaws.
