ACCESSORY KIT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

COMPRESSOR HOUSING KIT
FOR MODELS: CMA, YMA, AC2A, HC2A, AL2A and HL2A

CONTENTS
This compressor housing kit contains the compressor housing, housing door and two push in fasteners. Use the table below to determine which compressor housing kit is required for each unit. Kit Number

INSTALLATION
Please follow these steps to install the compressor housing. 1. Remove the access panel and unplug the fan plug from the back of the control box. 2. Remove the four (4) screws that attach the fan grill to the top panel of the unit and carefully lay the fan assembly aside. 3. Place the compressor housing through the fan venturi opening in the top of the unit. The opening in the compressor housing needs to face the access panel. 4. From the access panel opening, pull the compressor housing forward, over the compressor until the housing contacts the sheet metal corner posts. 5. Attach each side of the housing to sheet metal corner posts using the provided push-in fasteners. 6. From the venturi opening, press the tab, located on the housing bottom, into the slot located in the unit base pan. 7. Place the insulation door at the opening of the housing. It should fit behind the tabs in the base pan and rest just inside of the housing opening. 8. Re-install the fan grill and fan plug in the reverse order mentioned above.
