principle place of business is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is authorized to do business in the State of Texas. 1.2 Alfonso Cristino is an individual and resident of Harris County Texas, who may

be served with a copy of this complaint at 19036 Quite Brook Drive, Houston, Texas 77084. VENUE AND JURISDICTION 2.1 This Court has jurisdiction to consider this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332(a),

as this is a suit between citizens of different states and involves a dispute that results in an amount in controversy exceeding the sum of $100,000.00, exclusive of interests and costs.
